A visual identity trajectory takes about 1.5 - 2.5 months but can be adjusted according to your needs. The exact timings depends on your own preferences and availability.
This always depends on the number of projects we have running at the moment. In general we have a waiting time of about 1 - 1.5 months before we can get started! Always get in touch to find out the possibilities.
We aim to make the trajectory as easy as possible for you. At the very start, we'll send you a questionnaire to understand your brand and its current stage. For existing brands, we would like to receive all available branding assets. Furthermore, we need you in a couple of live moments and online calls. Next to that it is mainly up to us to do the big works.
Absolutely! Even after completion, we maintain a strong client relationship and remain your biggest supporters. We're thrilled to assist with further implementing your branding, whether it's designing poster campaigns, social media templates, website updates, or technical drawings. Simply reach out to explore the possibilities!
You will receive a very extensive brand manual of around 30-40 pages providing guidelines and implementation examples of the following subjects:
logo
colour scheme
colour hierarchy
typography guidelines
graphic/illustrative elements
image language
We also send over a brand folder containing all the necessary technical files: EPS, SVG, PDF, JPG and PNG. Every element delived in all brand colours and shape available.
At Morf, good taste and something ‘pretty’ is not the main objective of your visual identity. It is important that you know who you are in order for us to make a visual representation. That is why we will always need some sort of strategic base to work with. Not sure you have the foundation we are looking for? At Morf we don’t say the word ‘NO’ too often. Therefore, the short answer to all your questions is: YES. We are sure we can arrange that for you too. We can do so because of our extensive creative network that help us take on any project. Just get in touch about your next creative endeavor and we are here as your helping hand.
We have a number of printing companies that we work with and are happy to take that hassle away from you. When ordering designs for you, we will charge a project management fee for the hours spend taking care of requesting price quotes and ordering. Furthermore, we charge a small fee over the ordering costs. Orders over €1500 we will ask you to pay upfront.
For an entire trajectory, we send our invoice in two seperate parts: 50% in advance and 50% before delivering the final files. When it comes to single design projects we either work with a project fee, lose hours charged by month, or a ‘punch card’ in which you can buy hours in bulk (with a discount, valid for one year).
Our office is based in creative Hub the Greiner in Haarlem; an old school building housing a range of creative companies and great coffee at Kohi. We house meeting rooms for us to meet but we are also happy to travel to your office or local coffee bar.
You can always mail/call/send a postcard on office hours from Monday - Friday or fill in our inquiry form. Our project manager Ankie (off on Wednesdays) will then swiftly get in touch with you on a short notice and will schedule an introductory call with our founder/Art Director Sarah.
