As it takes two to tango, we like to understand your aim and expectations before we start. We do so in an introductory call or live meeting to find out your needs and how we can be of help.
Heads up: we prefer to work from a solid foundation; your brand strategy. Do you already have your strategy in place? Then we are good to go. Still in need of one? We can always pair you with one of our talented strategic friends to get it right first.
We explained our workways and understood your needs. The expectations have been set, so it’s time to sign! A deposit of 50% kicks-off our creative journey towards delivering your brand identity. We are excited to get started together and will start using our magic soon.
We love to dive deep and therefore we start by listening to your story. We do so in a kick-off meeting where we ask a whole bunch of questions and let you do the talking. This way we are able to gather all the information we need to start crafting and shaping your future proof brand.
After our discovery deep dive, we will start translating your ideas into designs. We do so by developing three possible visual directions via elaborate moodboards. It will show design inspiration, logo directions and even some starting colours. You will pick one as your favourite, so we can slide deeper into the next layer of brand building.
Our hearts beat a little faster, and creation mode is truly on. In this phase of the process, we build the definite elements of your brand identity. A very exciting creative process where your brand truly comes to life. You will get two revision rounds to make sure your brand identity ticks all the boxes.
There she is, your new brandbook, stacked with clear rules, guidelines and examples of creative outings. Get ready to scroll through pages where your shiny new brand identity comes to live. The brandbook covers the following subjects:

colour hierarchy
typography guidelines
typography hierarchy
graphic/illustrative elements
image language
Lastly, after paying the remaining invoice, we also send over a structured brand folder containing all the necessary technical files (EPS, SVG, PDF, JPG and PNG). Each element in every brand colour and shape available.
