As it takes two to tango, we like to understand your goals and expectations before we start. We kick things off with an introductory call or live meeting to get a clear picture of your needs and how we can help.
Heads up: we prefer to work from a solid foundation — your brand strategy. If you already have one, great, then we’re good to go! If not, no worries — we can help you create a strong strategy first as the essential first step.
We start with an online kick-off meeting focused on exploring the visual side of your brand. Beforehand, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to complete, designed to uncover the key visual frameworks and sources of inspiration that will guide the design process.
During the kick-off, we discuss our insights, creating a solid foundation for the next phase.
Now it’s time to dive deep into visual exploration. Together, we embark on an inspiring research journey to uncover the full visual potential of your brand. We create three carefully crafted moodboards, each representing a distinct visual direction and concept.
During a presentation, we walk you through these concepts and their unique vibes. In a follow-up, we collaboratively decide which visual pillars best represent your brand’s identity and future. We’ll discuss your feedback in detail to ensure we’re perfectly aligned on the path forward.
With a clear visual direction in hand, it’s time to bring your brand to life! We craft proposals for your logo, color palette, typography, graphic elements, and photography moodboard — all thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of your brand.
We’ll share these ideas with you, listen carefully to your feedback, and fine-tune every detail together. After two rounds of revisions, we polish the design until it truly feels right.

Once your visual identity is approved, we bundle everything into a comprehensive brandbook — a beautifully designed guide where your brand strategy and visual identity come together. This isn’t just a pretty document: it includes clear explanations and practical guidelines for every element, so your brand is used consistently and confidently, no matter who’s designing.
If you prefer something leaner, we can also provide a more concise one pager brand sheet as a handy summary.
You’ll also receive a brand toolkit: all your brand assets neatly organized and exported in the right file formats.
In an offboarding call, we present the brandbook (or brand sheet) and guide you through the brand toolkit so you know exactly how to use everything.
